Charity Car Wash FAQ

How do we sign up?

Download and print the application found on the right side of the main Charity Car Wash Program page.  Fill it out, including a valid non-profit tax ID number.  You may then mail, fax, email, or hand deliver the application to our corporate office.

How long does take to receive the tickets?

Please allow 7-10 business days for you to recieve your tickets from the time you submit your application.

When do we pay for the tickets?

The tickets are purchased in advance with a credit card, certified check, or money order, submitted with the completed application.

Which wash are the tickets good for?

The tickets are good for the Bear Essentials car wash.

Can pay extra for an upgrade when I redeem the ticket?

Yes.  If you wish to upgrade to the Beary Good or Beary Best, you pay the difference, usually $3 or $6, respectively.

How do we sell tickets?

Brown Bear Car Wash provides a marketing kit to help.  It includes a banner and a flyer template.  Setting up a table or booth at a local high traffic outlet such as a grocery store or bank, can help improve your sales. (Banner subject to availibility.)  We are currently out of banners.  We are working to get more in stock.  Thank you for your patience.

You can increase profit potential by offering discounts to customers who buy more than one ticket at a time. (Example: two for $13, five for $33, ten for $65.)

Do the tickets have expiration dates?

Yes.  The tickets have an expiration date of 12 months from date of printing.

What if we don't sell all the tickets?

Any unsold tickets can be returned for a refund of $1.25 for each unsold ticket.  A small restocking fee of $0.25 is charged for each ticket as the tickets are customized and can not be resold.  However, if you wish to keep selling the tickets, you may return them and we will reprint the tickets with an extended expiration for no charge.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Generally no, we do not accept purchase orders.  Purchase orders may be submitted, but we cannot complete the order until payment has been received.
