How do we sell tickets?
Brown Bear Car Wash provides a Charity Car Wash Marketing Kit to help. It includes a banner and a flyer template. Setting up a table or booth at a local high traffic outlet such as a grocery store or bank, can help improve your sales.
Where are the tickets redeemed?
Tickets are valid at any of the Brown Bear Car Wash tunnel locations throughout the Puget Sound area. A list of Brown Bear locations can be found on-line at BrownBear.com and is also listed on the back of each ticket.
When do we pay for the tickets?
The tickets are purchased from Brown Bear Car Wash in advance with a credit card, certified check, or money order.
What if we don't sell all the tickets?
Any unsold tickets can be returned for a refund of $1.25 for each unsold ticket. A small restocking fee of .25 is charged for each ticket as the tickets are customized and can not be resold.
